Deposits
Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of appointment booking, which will applied to your final balance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The remaining balance should be paid in cash. Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is made on my behalf.
Location
Exact address will be in confirmation once booked.
Braiding Hair
Braiding Hair is included with all Braid styles. If you wish to provide your own hair, kindly inform us of the brand at the time of booking. (Must supply your own hair for weaving styles)
Timing
Please let me know in advance if you are running late. Arriving after 10min late may result in a extra $10 fee. Arriving more than 25 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding!
Pre-Appointment Tips
I kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair. Please be advised that failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of your appointment or a $20 fee being applied. Thank you for your cooperation.
Extra Information
Thank you for your interest! Please note that Sundays are my off days, but I do offer VIP Sunday appointments for a fee of $35. If you'd like to schedule a VIP appointment, feel free to call 757-439-4306. For Squeeze in or After hours appointments, a fee of $25 will be applied. I look forward to servicing you!
